Len May joins KW Commercial as Director in Philadelphia

Jan. 28, 2009 - PRLog -- PHILADELPHIA, PA — Len May, a veteran of commercial real estate, has joined KW COMMERCIAL. Len will assume the role of director of the new commercial division of Keller Williams Real Estate in Philadelphia.
Len May has over 10 years of experience in complex Real Estate transactions and previously worked for Aptcor Commercial Realtor. His consulting background assisted him in conducting assignments including property assemblages for developers, REO bank dispositions, 1031 Exchange, conceptual land development and construction as well as offering corporate commercial real estate services and throughout the U.S.
He is a member of National Association of Realtors, PA Association of Realtors, Tri State Real Estate Commercial Alliance,International Council of Shopping Centers and a CCIM Candidate
