All-star cast led by Jeremy Sisto & Judy Greer "In Memory Of My Father" to debut on Netflix Feb. 10

Jan. 21, 2009 - PRLog -- Metuchen, New Jersey—Passion River Films will be distributing “In Memory of My Father”, a hilarious dark comedy of a Hollywood producer who’s dying wish is to have his last days documented. He bribes one of his three sons to assist him in making the theatrical documentary, but doesn’t realize that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree when all three sons want in on the fame and glory.

“In Memory of My Father” illustrates the underlying humor in a morbid world. Several situations erupt as the filming of dad’s life takes place; life lessons, aspirations, and true love wildly emerge as a household of friends and family come together for a common cause.  This dark comedy travels from dad’s life to evoke the trials and tribulations of all their lives with a comedic twist serving as the undertone.  

Writer/Director Christopher Jaymes uses his inappropriate wit of a Curb Your Enthusiasm manner to deliver a clever film on the dynamics of a father-sons relationship. Star power from Jeremy Sisto (Six Feet Under and Law & Order) and Judy Greer (Californication and Arrested Development) add the allure of a Hollywood caliber film.
