Bloomington, IN [January 12, 2009]—  Economic chaos, dwindling oil supply and astronomical unemployment are what Adam Harlow must contend with when he is let go from his job in 2016. In a subplot that captures readers, Dr. Heinrich Mann and his intern, both aboard the International Space Station, come across a distress signal from the moon. Only by hacking into classified areas do they learn secrets that Col. William Striker - who is moonlighting for oil tycoon Rodney Panach -wants no one to know. They are forced into a deep sleep to prevent the information from leaking. While the disgruntled colonel breaks the law in order to serve his corporate collaborator Panach, a change of heart comes amid thrilling twists that keep readers on edge.
