By: Yannick Chammings Yannick Chamming’s will step up to take charge of the global activities of Adeneo Embedded, setting worldwide strategies and providing leadership for this organization as its newly appointed CEO. Yannick Chamming’s joined Adeneo in 2002 as a Group Manager of Windows Embedded activity in Europe. He founded Adeneo Corporation, the US subsidiary of Adeneo, in 2006. Prior to working with Adeneo, Yannick Chamming’s was a key business leader and driving force of early Windows Embedded CE activity at Sinfor in 1998. “The mission of Adeneo Embedded is to secure the whole development cycle of OEMs for their embedded designs, from early evaluation to product manufacturing. Merging our European and North American offices into one company is a strategic choice to ensure a complete, consistent, worldwide offer to our customer,.” said Yannick Chamming’s. “Our core business model relies on strong and close collaboration with key partners like Silicon Vendors, Board Manufacturers, OS editors and Distributors. By securing a unique executive management on a worldwide basis, we ensure the best market penetration for collaboration with our partners, as well as a consistent executive strategy for addressing the global marketplace.” Adeneo Embedded also announces the appointment of Warren Lubow as Vice President of the Americas and Asia Pacific Operations. He will take charge of the North American engineering office of Adeneo Embedded located in Bellevue, WA USA, as well as the complete business and sales development activity in the Americas and Asia Pacific. The Board recognizes Warren’s significant achievements in building the business, since joining the company in January 2008 as Senior Director of Operations, driving Adeneo’s embedded activities in building strong business partnerships. He brings with him 20 years of industry experience through his history of activity in key strategic business roles, with companies like Microsoft, Sony, Motorola, Intrinsyc and AT&T. “The key success of Adeneo Embedded today and tomorrow with partners such as Silicon Vendors, Distributors and Microsoft is that our business model is formed around their core business activities, and aligned with their strategies in providing strong, flexible and quality solutions that meet the needs of these partners and their OEM customers,” said Warren Lubow. “We are continuing to evolve key strategic initiatives with the global needs of our partners with the formation of this newly formed subsidiary which allows for alignment with our partners worldwide.” Dominique Morel, Director of Engineering – EMEA, will manage the EMEA engineering office of Adeneo-Embedded.
