Brandon Mason to Train at Proformance

Jan. 10, 2009 - PRLog -- One of the biggest running backs entering the 2009 NFL draft, Brandon Mason announced that he will be training with "super trainer" John Opfer at Proformance Sports Training.  Brandon will be living in Buffalo for the next two months and training every day at Proformance.

Virtually every NFL team has expressed interest in Brandon, due to his size and speed.  Brandon started his career at running back and kick returner, for the Pittsburgh Panthers. He eventually transferred to Stony Brook, where he gained nearly 700 yards in seven games during his junior year.

According to Brandon's agent, Vincent Imbesi, Brandon projects as a 4th-6th round NFL draft selection.  "Brandon would be a first or second round pick if he did not get injured in the first game of his senior year.  What most teams did not know is that Brandon is 100% healthy.  Training with Mr. Opfer, at Proformance, will help Brandon get selected earlier in this year's draft."
