The new site integrates property data and real estate developments to provide investors with a single source of information for market data, reviews and information on property hotpots.  Investors can also use the search function to sift out properties more than 90 minutes from an international airport, those further than 1 hour from a surf spot, or those without paved roads or an on-site golf course.  

Ultimately the goal is to help international real estate investors make more informed decisions.
