Mr. Langan and Mr. Nigel Nicholas, Chief Executive Officer of MobiVentures Inc. met in Exeter (UK) last Friday (Nov. 14th, 2008)  to discuss where the two corporations could mutually benefit from a ongoing working relationship.

Mr. Langan said Friday “MobiVentures has their finger on the pulse of the wireless application sector and has a strong portfolio balance sheet of profit making businesses located in the United Kingdom and continental Europe... This balance sheet can be made even stronger with the completed acquisition which we are assisting in raising capital for. ”

Mr. Nicholas said “Cornwallis Mackenzie has a firm understanding of the marketplace in Canada and their connections and services can only support MobiVentures both during this funding round on an ongoing basis supporting our expansion and that our our portfolio of companies.”
