Thornton is the chief executive officer of Madison Grey Holdings LLC, a leading provider of investment administration and financial operations management, and a wide range of accounting, record keeping and reconciliation services.  Charles has been with Madison Grey since 2002 and is depended on to oversee all of the daily operations.  He is responsible for ensuring compliance, providing strategic management, and for the direction of client relations.  Charles specializes in fund and equity portfolios and has managed assets and developed financial investment strategies since 1987.  Prior to joining Madison Grey, he led accounting operations, compliance, financial analysis, and product development for Infinity Capital Management, a multi-strategy family of hedge funds. Charles was also the chief executive officer of ASLO, Inc., a financial analytical software firm and president and chief investment officer of Sovereign Capital Trust. Charles graduated from Georgia State University, where he majored in accounting and economics.  He is active within the Atlanta community and involved in several civic organizations.  In his spare time, Charles enjoys reading and family activities.
