Anthony Bohn is the vice president of human resources at Baptist Hospital East, a division of the Baptist Healthcare System, whose hospitals and clinics follow a Christ-centered mission to bring medical care, health, and wellness to the communities they serve. Mr. Bohn has been in this capacity since 2000 and is responsible for the administration of the 4200 employees currently on staff at the 519 bed facility. Mr. Bohn is depended on for orchestrating recruiting programs, implementing benefits, supervising payroll and records, and for managing the daycare center. He is an expert on hospital governance and holds a master’s degree in human resources development from Webster University. Mr. Bohn is an esteemed member of the Kentucky Society of Human Resource Management, the ACHE, ASHRA and the Bellerman Alumni Board. He is well known and widely admired for his exemplary leadership and credits his success to hard work and strong sense of ethics. Mr. Bohn is equally well regarded for his active philanthropic profile and support of the American Red Cross. At home in Louisville, he enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, coaching local youth and reading.
