Award Winning Author Ann B. Keller Releases The Devils Crescent

Keller is pleased to announce the publication of her fourth novel and exciting western, The Devil’s Crescent.  In The Devil’s Crescent, hardened bounty hunter Diego Montoya descends upon a small Texas village in the midst of a cloudburst and boldly plunges into the life of beautiful, small time cattle rancher, Maggie MacNaughton.  Diego is a man haunted by a past filled with death and disappointment, a nobleman fleeing from the dictates of his demanding father and an arranged marriage.  

When a U.S. Marshall asks Diego to infiltrate a gun runner’s operation, Diego reluctantly agrees, shadowing the powerful land baron, Morgan Lansing.  Morgan’s efforts play into the hands of a group of Mexican nationalists, who quickly claim the land vacated by the terrified settlers until only one parcel stands in the way of their march toward the border -- the one occupied by Maggie MacNaughton.  Diego and Maggie match wits and wills as the danger mounts.  Only their reliance upon each other has the power to save them from a swift and certain death.  

Ann B. Keller has been writing novels and screenplays for over forty years.  Vortex of Revelation, Ms. Keller’s first novel, was published by Publish America in February, 2006 and her second novel, Trevor‘s Love, soon followed.  Ms. Keller received an Author Award for Vortex’s outstanding performance, as well as numerous 5 Star reviews worldwide.  BRIGGEN, Ms. Keller’s third novel, is an exciting science fiction/fantasy that will have you perched on the very edge of your seat until you turn the final page.

In addition, Ms. Keller is a veteran of the stage, singing and starring in the lead role as the tomboyish Princess Winifred in Once Upon a Mattress, which gained her an invitation to audition for the Metropolitan Opera in New York.  She has received the National Thespian Award and has appeared in numerous additional theater productions in New York, Michigan and Maryland, including The Admirable Crichton, The Crucible and The Pajama Game.
