Murcia Region Foreign Population Increases by 11%

Murcia region had one of the highest increase of foreign residency registrations in Spain for 2007, reiterating it´s popularity for as one of the primary choices for people emigrating to Spain

Nov. 8, 2008 - PRLog -- Murcia´s overall Population grew by 2.3% as of January 1st.2008, according to figures just released by the National institute of statistics in Spain. According to the padron register 15.7% of Murcia´s population are non nationals. There was a total of 31,946 new registrations on the padron of which 22,398 were non nationals. Murcia is proving to be a very popular choice when considering where to emigrate to, this of course is helped by the easy of excess to the airport of San Javier with more and more routes being added from Britain,France , Germany,Belgium and Scandinavia and more to come when the second runway is officially opened in April 2009. And to this Murcia´s micro climate which is a major contributing factor in the area being considered the healthiest place to live in the world
