Cities Direct adds Jersey and Gibraltar city breaks

Nov. 5, 2008 - PRLog -- City breaks specialist, Cities Direct has introduced two new destinations – Jersey and Gibraltar, which are both ideal for a spot of winter sunshine and bargain VAT-free shopping – into its programme.

In Jersey, for example, the company has a ‘four-nights-for-the-price-of-three’ offer - at the three-star Mayfair Hotel in St Helier - which is valid between November and March 2009 and means a four-night break leads in at £189 (saving £35).

This price applies to departures on 22 November and includes return flights from Luton and accommodation with breakfast (departures are also available from a range of UK airports).  The hotel is located just a short walk from the town centre, the beach and Jersey Museum.  

Alternatively, prices start from £249 for a three-night stay with breakfast at the four-star O’Callaghan Eliott Hotel in Gibraltar inclusive of return Gatwick flights departing 21 November.  Flights are also available from Manchester and Luton.

Situated in the heart of the business and shopping districts, the hotel has excellent facilities including a rooftop pool, sauna and gym and all guest rooms enjoy views of the marina or the Rock of Gibraltar.
