PRLog -- Evelyn Grace C. Sorongon is the vice president of professional staffers for John Clements Consultants, one of the largest consulting firms in the Philippines today, with a leadership position in the local market and a strengthening presence in the international sector, notably in Asia, the Middle East and the U.S. Evelyn started with the company in 1998 to develop the division’s assembly-line recruitment process and to examine that process through a Six Sigma framework. She has handled large-scale recruitment projects with companies in the telecommunications, business process outsourcing, and pharmaceutical industries and has trained several John Clements recruiters in targeted selection methods. Prior to joining John Clements, Grace spent 16 years honing her skills in the executive search business; handling senior search engagements and placing countless executives in levels as high as general manager, president and director. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of the Philippines and a Master of Science degree in industrial psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University. At home in Manila, Grace is active within the community and supports Christian charities. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, fitness and family activities.
