PRLog -- Kathleen A. Rednour is the executive director of Leadership Ohio, a statewide educational program designed to create better leaders who are well-equipped to serve their communities. Kathleen has been in this capacity since early 2008 and is depended on to oversee, inspire and motivate business, government and nonprofit leaders to attend the program, meet the challenges and apply their experience in their careers. Kathleen is an expert facilitator, educator and community organizer who has more than a decade of experience in organizational development. She holds a master’s degree in social science administration from case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace College. She is an esteemed member of the Greater Cleveland Peace Officer Memorial Society and sits on the board of Lorain County Children’s Services. At home in Oberlin, Ohio, Kathleen maintains an active philanthropic profile within the community, enjoys reading, world travel and spending time with family.
