Murphy is the vice president of professional services for Datatel, a leading provider of technology solutions and business services designed for use by higher education institutions to construct academic activities that ensure student success. Elizabeth has been in this capacity since 2000 and is depended on to oversee Datatel’s largest division and to ensure clients receive exceptional customer service and support. Additionally, Elizabeth guarantees that team members are recognized as trusted advisors by implementing organizational processes that improve overall effectiveness. Elizabeth is an expert on service management and has more than two decades of experience in marketing and fundraising. Prior to joining Datatel, she worked within higher education for 8 years. Elizabeth graduated from the University of Scranton, where she earned degrees in communications and philosophy. She continued her graduate studies at the University of Maryland, earning a master’s degree in management. Elizabeth is equally active philanthropically and serves as vice chairman of the Lupus Foundation of America, is a frequent motivational speaker at universities and national conferences and volunteers for a variety of community projects. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys travel, family activities and reading.
