PRLog -- Randy L. Kellar is the director of human resources for the Psychiatric Institute of Washington, an organization that is committed to improving behavioral healthcare within the DC community. Randy has been in this capacity since 2008 and is depended on to oversee all human resource operations and provide strategic planning, benefits compensation, training and staff development for more than three hundred employees. Randy is an expert in healthcare administration and is well known and highly regarded for his exemplary leadership. He credits his success to hard work and determination, qualities that are equally evident in his personal undertakings. Randy acquired several academic degrees in healthcare management, including a master’s degree from the Catholic University of America and a bachelor’s degree from the American Intercontinental University. He is an esteemed member of the PHR, HRA and the American Society of Notaries, and the State Street United Methodist Church. Randy assumes an active philanthropic profile within the DC community and supports several organizations that benefit educational programs. In his spare time, he enjoys scuba diving, reading and travel.
