PRLog -- Deborah Herman Romano is the president of Fabric Innovations, a continental supplier and drapery fabricator that specializes in global procurement products for prestigious, luxury hotels. Deborah has been in this capacity for eleven years, since 1997, and is depended on to oversee all of the company’s operations. This includes administrative services, sales, marketing, staffing, quality control, finance and strategic development. Additionally, Deborah is the vice president of Virginia Quilting Commercial, one of the largest drapery manufacturers in the United States. Under her expert direction, VCQ has become a national Marriott vendor and supplier of the most prestigious design firms in the world. In 2007, Deborah led VCQ to even greater recognition when it was honored by HD Magazine as South Florida’s Small Business of the Year. Deborah credits her success to hard work and determination, qualities that are equally apparent in her commendable list of personal achievements. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in fine art and is an active member of the Miami community. Deborah is well known for her dynamic philanthropic profile and widely admired for her mentorship of young business women. Away from the office and her responsibilities as president, Deborah enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, outdoor activities and reading.
