Bentley Burgess is the vice president of corporate sales for Venture Transport Logistics, a Houston, Texas company that provides quality transportation by experienced professionals in a safe environment. Mr. Burgess has been in this capacity since 2000 and is responsible for overseeing the sales department, supervising major accounts, managing staff, instituting policy and pricing, marketing and advertising. He has more than two decades of experience in sales and marketing and is well known for his effective leadership and professionalism. Mr. Burgess joined Venture Transport in 1996 after several years of success in the field of oil sales. He attended the University of Mississippi, where he studied business and is an esteemed member of the UMiss Alumni Association. Additionally, Mr. Burgess maintains affiliations with the API, AADE and the IADC. He is equally active within the community and maintains an exemplary philanthropic profile. Away from the office, Mr. Burgess enjoys spending time with family, travel and outdoor activities.
