-- Stacey Kannenberg is the chief executive officer and founder of Cedar Valley Publishing, a Wisconsin-based publishing and consultancy company that specializes in youth-oriented educational literature. Stacey started CVP in 2004 as a natural progression from a lifelong career as an author, motivator, consultant, spokesperson and mom. She is a nationally eminent education expert who has extensive experience with children and “mom-entrepreneurship.”
Stacey is the co-author of the award winning and state approved Let's Get Ready series with Let’s Get Ready for Kindergarten and Let’s Get Ready For First Grade. She also founded two publishing companies; Cedar Valley Publishing and Stacey Kannenberg Unlimited. Stacey has made numerous television appearances, been the subject of hundreds of radio, magazine and newspaper stories and was featured in 22 parenting magazines. Additionally, she is a frequent presenter at Early Learning and Head Start conferences, holds workshops for teachers and educators, appears at book publishing conferences and is a successful blogger. As a principal in Mom Central Consulting, Stacey helps brands reach moms through a unique and innovative grassroots approach. Her clients include Cranium Bloom, Cozi, Kellogg’s, General Mills, Scholastic Bob Books and Mattel Barbie. Stacey maintains an equally impressive philanthropic profile within the community and contributes ten percent of all profits to charity. At home in Fredonia, she enjoys being a wife to Michael and mom to Heidi and Megan, playing basketball, going to football games, hiking, fishing and riding ATV’s.
