PRLog -- Henry H. Horton is a partner of IBM global services, security, privacy, wireless and IT governance. He has been in this capacity since 2000 and is depended on to oversee all of the operations involving local and state governments. Henry has twenty-five years of direct security, counterintelligence and law enforcement experience, which enables him to offer a global perspective on application security, service delivery best practices, global data analytics and security metrics, and their impact on the business as a whole. Prior to assuming this role, Henry was the associate partner for critical infrastructure protection, international security consulting, intelligence, community security and information assurance in IBM’s public sector global business services. His technical experience encompasses critical infrastructure protection, national security policy analysis, sensitive compartmented information and special access program security, information assurance, operations security, threat and vulnerability analysis, physical security, terrorism counteraction, counterintelligence, human intelligence and training. He has served as vice president for the American Society Industrial Security Foundation and as an adjunct professor of law enforcement, criminal justice and organizational security management. Henry has also instructed at Webster University, Graduate School of Business and Technology in the business and organizational security management program. Henry completed his undergraduate studies at East Tennessee State University, holds a masters degree from George Washington University and served in the United States Army.
