In the premiere episode October 1 at 5pm Central time on WE TV, we follow the team on its case that leads to its formation: the tell tale t-shirt that revolves around the mysterious murder of a woman in Baltimore, Maryland. The newly formed FLIP team identifies the victim from the details on the shirt, helps the Baltimore police renew its efforts to solve what is now clearly a homicide, and now a family is also able to put its mother and sister to rest.

Then we follow the team to Quincy, Massachusetts (Boston area) on a ticking clock case. FLIP must find the culprit who has been leaving notes and kidnapping threats on the porches of homes where families live with small children. Employing a handwriting expert, internet researchers, and seasoned investigators, the FLIP team incredibly is able to catch the stalker hours before he strikes.

Local Texas F.L.I.P. member, Stacy Gilliland Flores, is a Liberty (Liberty County) Texas native and is  Region IV  Director of the National League of Licensed Investigators which encompasses Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico(NLLI).  In addition to being a proud member of F.L.I.P (Female Legal & Investigative Professionals), she is a proud member of the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators (TALI), National Association of Investigative Specialists (NAIS), Investigators of America (IOA), and the Association of Christian Investigators (ACI).  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Corrections from Sam Houston State University and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Houston at Clear Lake.  She holds a Texas Teaching Certificate, Texas Principal Certificate, Texas Private Investigator/Manager License, and Texas Supreme Court Certification to serve legal process in all counties in Texas.  

Mrs. Flores has over 20 years experience in Criminal Justice with prior experience working for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and the Private Sector.  She has conducted, managed, and supervised complex investigations worldwide to assist in being able to meet the most challenging cases.
