PRLog -- William Schneider is a director of accounting for AT&T, the leading worldwide provider of IP-based communications services to businesses and the top U.S. provider of wireless, high speed Internet access, Wi-Fi, local and long distance calling service, directory publishing and advertising services. As director of accounting, William oversees all of the tax, accounting and financial reporting operations. He ensures that documents are free from error, that they are prepared in a timely fashion and that they meet all state and federal regulations. He is also depended on to oversee all of AT&T’s compliance. William has been with AT&T since 2004 and is widely admired for his professionalism and expertise. He graduated from University of Georgia with a master’s degree in accounting and was the president of Georgia Society of CPA ‘s in 2006 and 2007. Additionally, William is a member of the AICPA Council and the AICPA Business & Industry Executive Committee. William exercises this level of commitment in all of his endeavors and his personal pursuits exemplify equivalent ardor. He takes an active role within the community of Atlanta, Georgia, and volunteers for the church as well as the local soccer club. William enjoys time away from the office with family, refereeing soccer and reading Business Week.
