Nvolve Launch ‘Talent Management’ at October Roadshow

Sept. 18, 2008 - PRLog -- The seminar will include information of the impact this will have on companies.  Nvolve limited are an Irish company (based in Donegal) that helps companies implement and develop an Integrated Talent Management strategy.  Their current product the Nvolve Response tm Blended Learning solution is just one part of the jigsaw and they are currently in the process of developing a fully integrated Talent Management Software suite.  The new solution will give customers a one stop solution to effectively manage all areas of Talent Management such as Sourcing and Recruitment, Blended Learning and Development, Corporate Social Networking, Performance Management, Career and Succession Planning, Workforce Planning and HR Management.

Integrated Talent Management is a new approach being adopted by most of the top organisations when it comes to Learning and Development/Human Resources function.  New, younger employees demand much more from their employees than older generations and this is turn makes it imperative for organisations to take a new approach to Talent.  Young workers are expected to change jobs 12 to 15 times during their careers and even change careers several times.

This seminar will aid organisations into determining what this new Talent Management process is and how it is taking shape in Ireland.  Nvolve will release information on the latest techniques being used by leading organisations and also explain in more details what exactly Integrated Talent Management means.
