By: Ali Shah The campaign will target the national consumer print, broadcast and online media and will recruit the expertise of leading relationship expert Jenni Trent Hughes to comment on all aspects of friendship. Competitions will also appear in a number of consumer titles throughout September with Forever Friends merchandise available to be won. The celebrations follow the launch of a new dedicated Forever Friends website this summer, (http://www.foreverfriends.co.uk) Rick Hamilton, marketing controller at Hallmark commented: “Forever Friends is an instant recognisable brand which is extremely well-loved with a longstanding heritage. This month we wanted to really celebrate Forever Friends and everything that it stands for by launching a campaign to commemorate the character and the brand. The notion of the perfect friendship, which the PR campaign will explore, fits extremely well with Forever Friends and we are certain that it will create a lot of dialogue around the birthday. “Our new dedicated Forever Friends website has been really successful and we have seen many people sign up as members to use the facilities, proving that Forever Friends is still as loved today as it was 21 years ago!” -ends- Press enquiries: For more press information or images, please contact Janine, Tori or Louise at Lucre T: 0113 243 1117 or email Janine@lucrecommunications.com; # # # Hallmark Established in the UK in 1958, Hallmark Cards is the UK's leading greeting card publisher.
