Roger has been with Action Coach since 2007 and engages in coaching business owners and leaders in sales and marketing strategies and helps businesses achieve or increase their success. Roger specializes in five key areas; sales, marketing advertising, team building and recruitment, systems and business development and customer service. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Lispur University of Technology and is a member of the Business Network Institute and the Chamber of Commerce. Roger is diligent in keeping abreast of developing technologies and initiatives in the trade and is an avid reader of industry journals and executive publications such as Management Today. He is equally conscientious of civic responsibilities and supports the community through charitable donations to educational outreach programs. Away from the Action Coach offices, Roger enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, squash and soccer.
