Aug. 14, 2008 - PRLog -- Hein Pretorius is the chief operating officer and director of business development for MIH Internet Group, a multinational media company with principal operations in electronic media, including pay-television, internet and instant-messaging subscriber platforms and the provision of related technologies and print media, including the publishing, distribution and printing of magazines, newspapers and books.  Hein joined MIH in 2006, bringing broad experience in all aspects of the internet industry and in operational management.  His expertise in new business development, with regards to M&A activities, has been a key element of MIH’s success.  Prior to joining MIH, Hein held several senior level executive positions within high profile, international companies.  Presently, he is on the boards of such esteemed groups as The Allegro Group, The Ricardo Group, Gadu-Gadu and Nimbuzz.  Hein lives in Hoofddorp, Holland, where he is equally dynamic within the community and supports several organizations that benefit wellness.  Away from the office, he enjoys studying Egyptology and traveling.
