Mr. Parameshwar brings in significant executive leadership with over two decades of experience and expertise in Strategic Management, Operational Excellence, Cost Optimization, Finance, M& A, IPO, Public Accounting, Audit  and Taxation.

Qualified professionally as a Certified Public Accountant (USA), CA & ICWA (India), Parameshwar has worked in North America, Middle East and India with KPMG in public accounting and as Controller for large diversified business groups. Parameshwar’s corporate experience ranges from Start-ups, MNC’s, Shared Services and BPO. He was closely involved in successful negotiation of venture capital, private equity and joint venture partnerships to support business expansion of organizations he was associated with. Prior to joining Consim Group, Parameshwar was Vice President Finance with Zenta Knowledge Services (GRO), Chennai a leader in US mortgage and realty services.
