The Search for the Top Online Customer Service

In a recent survey, Canadians responded that Amazon was one of the leading companies for best online customer service.

Online customer service has become a crucial factor to the success of online companies. In the competitive web marketplace, good customer service is the driving force attracting consumers.

In a recent survey, over 1,400 Canadians were asked, “Which company do you think offers the best customer service online?”

While there were a variety of responses, 16% of those surveyed could not think of a company. Although there was no clear leader, Amazon (10%), ebay (5%), and Dell (2.7%) were popular responses.

There is yet to be one distinct company that offers the best customer service online as the survey results indicated that 16% are indecisive and no specific company was consistently noted. The title is still up for grabs!
