How to Recognise a Specialist Road Traffic Lawyer

These are some key tips, in my view, to consider when you are talking to a purported specialist road traffic lawyer:

(a)   Does the Firm conduct any other type of work beyond advice and representation in relation to road traffic law? A Firm that solely specialises in road traffic law can generally be regarded as a safe bet;

(b)   Don’t be shy about asking the Solicitor with whom you are dealing about his level of experience. For example, how many speeding trials has he personally conducted? Don’t be too concerned with percentage success rates as, quite frankly, if the road traffic lawyer you are in touch with can remember this to any degree of accuracy it is probably eloquent of inexperience in the field of road traffic law.;

(c)   Has the Firm’s expertise been formally recognised? For example,

Although some of my clients consider their case disposal was attributable to some kind of magic, I can assure you this is not the case. The key to being a successful motoring solicitor is simply down to gold, old-fashioned hard work;

(e)   Can the Firm produce testimonials from previous cases? Results speak louder than advertising and there my be no better indicator of true specialist road traffic lawyerthan what the clients have to say.
