PRLog -- Michael J. Pugh is an attorney for Walters, Levine, Klingensmith & Thomison, P.A., a Florida law firm with a concentration in the practice areas of civil litigation, business law, taxation, real estate, labor law, estate planning and governmental law. Mike has been with the firm since 2006 but has more than three decades of litigation experience. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the northern and middle districts of Florida, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the D.C., 2nd, 9th, 10th and 11th Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mike has a generous client list that represents his expertise in antitrust, business organization, commercial, construction, contractual, employment, international trade and trade secret protection. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has published in the Florida Bar Journal. He shares the credit for his success with his faith and spirituality, elements that serve him equally well in all of his pursuits. Mike is a member of MENSA and has served as associate director of continuing legal education at FSU College of Law as well as acting as an instructor at the University of Miami, College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Auburn University, his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Florida and a Master of Laws degree in foreign and comparative law from Columbia University. Mike is as committed to altruistic undertakings and maintains an active agenda of service within the community. He holds a leadership position within his church, was past president and chairman of the World Trade Council of Northwest Florida, Inc., served on the board of directors for Volunteer Pensacola, Inc. and founder and past-president of the Navarre, Florida Rotary Club. Additionally, Mike was involved in Boy Scout leadership, coached T-ball and is a Taekwondo certified instructor with a fifth degree black belt.
