KeyTrak set to Release Multifamily Plus 7.0 at NAA

KeyTrak will release Multifamily Plus software version 7.0 at the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Annual Education Conference & Exhibition June 26 through 28.  Multifamily Plus 7.0 provides property managers with the ability to remotely access KeyTrak management functions via the Web Plus application, creating the ability to view, customize, generate and email reports regarding the use of an apartment complex’s keys, creating a 100 percent verifiable real-time audit trail.  

Multifamily Plus 7.0 also allows authorized personnel the ability to add employees or modify employee access, check availability of people or assets, view, update and send work order reports, add prospects and modify security reports, track visitors and more from any location.

Vice President of Sales Richard Battle said, “We are really anticipating the release of Multifamily Plus 7.0.  The enhanced capabilities provide management with 24-hour access to the KeyTrak and their property.  At any given time, a manager can view, create, modify and send a report, as well as remotely oversee the daily operations of the complex.  This results in increased employee accountability and a decreased risk of liability.”

Once implemented, Multifamily 7.0 can create other benefits.  As a security feature, the KeyTrak can be located out of the lobby and in a secure location, but still be conveniently accessed by a receptionist or sales rep for prospects; as a customer service enhancement, a prospects can list all of the properties they want to see without the attendee having to go back and forth to get additional keys, or take the prospect to the KeyTrak.

Reports can also be setup to email personnel automatically.  As an example, anytime the alarm is triggered, the KeyTrak can notify the manager via email.  Other examples include automatically running the daily “keys out” and access reports, and emailing them to designated individuals.

Web Plus is a web-based remote application, allowing users to utilize their KeyTrak features from a LAN location or VPN.  Web Plus requires no additional or expensive software, only a LAN computer.  Through the LAN or VPN, the manager can allow multiple users to access the same system.  Previous versions only allowed for read-only interaction.
