Afterwards the hotel or tourist place can extend the contract for a further year or years, assumed the hotel didn’t suffer any serious quality loss during the rental contract and thus lost the prerequisites.
Hotels and tourist places which receive a promise, that means they fulfil the requirements, can send a GIF animation or SWF file (flash slideshow ) of their own together with an information text via e-mail which then appear both in the tooltip.

The website is internationally held, that means everything is written in English. This however should not represent a problem for the experienced internet surfer who is not a native speaker but has a basic knowledge of the English language, particularly since the website is held very simply, everything is rather visual and visitors understand offhand what it is all about.
