By: LTI Vehicles Staff from all areas of the business gave up their spare time to complete the sessions, which delivered over one thousand hours of training. In recognition of employees’ achievements, certificates were presented by Bob Dunn – Commercial Manager at MGTS and Deby at a recent awards ceremony held at the Coventry plant. “I’m pleased to have grasped this opportunity to further develop my skills,” commented Adrian Hilton who works in LTI’s Body In White department. “It’ Trained in Excel and PowerPoint, HR Administrator Chris Hunt said: “I found the course very easy to understand and simple to follow. I’ve learned a lot of new skills that will greatly assist me in my job.” Adam Wright, Training & Improvement Advisor at LTI Vehicles said: “This programme has shown that employees are willing to give up their spare time to benefit not only their own personal development but also the business as a whole. “At LTI Vehicles we recognise the impact we have on the lives of a large number of people.
