Beach, Fleischman & Co. Appoints New Firm Administrator

May 20, 2008 - PRLog -- Beach, Fleischman & Co., the largest accounting and business advisory firm in southern Arizona, announced today that Lori Niederlehner, CPA, SPHR, has joined Beach, Fleischman & Co., as firm administrator. In her new role, Niederlehner will be responsible for budget preparation and financial management, support staff supervision, procedure administration and facilities management.

“Lori’s combination of business operational skills and interpersonal communication abilities will be a major addition to our internal team at Beach, Fleischman & Co.,” said Bruce Beach, managing shareholder of Beach, Fleischman & Co.

Richard Bratt, CPA, shareholder of Beach, Fleischman & Co. added, “Her specific areas of expertise will help Beach, Fleischman’s tax, accounting and auditing departments find solutions to complex issues and problems in management areas for our current and future client-base.”

Prior to joining Beach, Fleischman & Co., Niederlehner was the director of human resources and administration for Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy, a professional services firm in Birmingham, Mich., where she oversaw the firm’s human resources, operations, and internal accounting. She has also held managerial roles at Plante Moran in Southfield, Mich., and BDO Seidman in Troy, Mich.

Niederlehner graduated magna cum laude from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business in Troy, Mich. where she earned her bachelor’s degree in accountancy.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Association for Accounting Administration and the Women’s Economic Club.
