She has undertaken a variety of roles from Test Analyst (both automated and manual) to Test Program Manager, as well as undertaking key strategic Test Consultant roles including defining test strategies for major programs of work, undertaking test process reviews and implementing test improvement initiatives. Laura graduated with a HND in Business Information, a BA in Information Management and a PGDIP in Information Technology.
