Hijinx Entertainment In Talks To Acquire Scissors and Envelopes

May 13, 2008 - PRLog -- Hijinx Entertainment (http://hijinx.tv) announced today that it will acquire a box of pencils, some stamps and a motivational poster in a deal worth $13.9 dollars.

The deal, under which Hijinx will offer Sammy's Variety a twenty dollar bill in exchange for the items and change, has been approved by both companies

The transaction should close in the latter half of Tuesday, and stands to more than double Hijinx's pencil reserves, which was 4 pencils just yesterday.

Hijinx plans to start a new business group that will be branded as Hijinx, "We Have More Pencils Now," and will be headquartered in the current Hijinx offices in New York City.

The move will allow Hijinx to compete more directly with rival Cheap Party Magicians, which provides cheesy magicians doing card tricks at bar mitzvahs.

Hijinx Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Brian McGovern will continue at the helm after the deal closes and will be busy sharpening his pencils while waiting by the telephone for customers to hire his party entertainment magicians (http://hijinx.tv/magic/). Hijinx provides great party entertainment for events in and around New York City.

The acquisition of motivational poster featuring a little kitten and the phrase "Hang On," is Hijinx Entertainment's largest acquisition since it bought some curly fries on Saturday.
