George Romney signed the Book while attending the dedication of the Thomas Kane Memorial Chapel in Pennsylvania in 1971. The inscription reads: "The Modern Witness! George Romney 10/15/71". A photo of George Romney with the owner of the Book and a photo of Elder Marion D. Hanks holding the book will accompany the Book. Another inscription on the fly page reads "James A.
