Historic Watkins Glen Antique, Souvenir, Soda Fountain Shop Closing-Contents to be Auctioned 8 March

Teddy Bear's Den across from Watkins Glenn State Park is closing. Their stock of Souvenirs, gifts, antiques, Vintage Soda Fountain, Oak Showcases & Displays will be auctioned off March 8th by The Hessney Auction Company of Geneva, New York
 
Feb. 15, 2008 - PRLog -- Ted Siri, the owner of Teddy Bear's Den at 1004 North Franklin St., Watkins Glen, has announced that he will be closing the shop and auctioning the stock. Hessney Auction Company will be handling the sale on March 8th at 10AM. The Store is located directly across from the Watkins Glen State Park. The property has been purchased by the State of New York, the building will be razed. The auction will feature antiques, clothes, souvenirs, gift items, oak showcases and displays. Of special note is the vintage soda fountain and the original milk glass top tables and chairs. Watch Hessneys website at www.hessney.com for photos and a listing as the auction date approaches.
