Author, and Conscious Career Coach Darlene Montgomery has all of these and more in her work. Her writings and coaching practise teach others how to have their highest career through following their dreams or intuition. Darlene Montgomery, a former associate editor with Chicken Soup for the Canadian Soul who used her passion for stories to build a consciousness raising series of inspirational books called Conscious Women Conscious Lives, has taken these same leaps of faith many times over her 48 years.

Most of the 40 or so stories in the book deal with issues of finding meaning, purpose or value in the work we do.
