March 3, 2008 - PRLog -- Crystal Thudium comes to Human Capital Strategies with 10 years of Human Resources experience in increasing roles of responsibility from; HR Assistant/Benefits Administrator, HR Generalist and HR Manager in various industries, both private and public, supporting anywhere from 50-500 employees.

Crystal's educational background is just as impressive. She attended Minnesota State University - Moorhead where she earned a BA in Sociology/American Indian Studies. She also attended the University of Phoenix where she earned an MA in Orginizational Management. Crystal is also a Certified SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and a Member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) as well as VSHRA (Valley of the Sun Human Resources Association).

As the Human Resources Director, Crystal will oversee all human resource programs and policies for all of our Professional Employer Orginization (PEO) and Administrative Services Orginization (ASO) clients. Crystal will provide client support in the areas of employee relations, compliance, compensation, training and organizational development.
