"We have opportunites every day to forgive, not only the haunting images of our past, but present day incidences as well.  Events that cause us to loathe, despair, and hang on to feelings of condemnation toward others.  Deep within each of us there lies a desire to forgive.  It is within every one of us, it doesn't matter how buried it is under resentment, remorse, and anger; it is there.  It's there because it is what we want for ourselves and for each other.  We all want to be forgiven, we all want to forgive.  Each day we make mistakes, it's the way we learn, and it is human.  Instead of feeling guilty about those mistakes and beating ourselves up; our time would be better spent if we return to the practice of forgiveness, and take responsibility for our actions."
