Business- In addition, Wipro will deploy component based Service Delivery Platform (SDP) for Aircel to deliver wide range of services including Multi Channel Access, Real Time Information Delivery, Multimedia Content and VAS. This SDP will accelerate launch of services and enhance customer experience with higher efficiencies. Wipro will weave together the fabric of transformation using its best practices in service delivery management, transition management & governance.
