System Efficiency Announces New Solution Center

Dec. 14, 2007 - PRLog -- System Efficiency is pleased to announce the launch of our new Solution Center based in Richmond, Virginia, which will house our Upgrade Lab and Remote Services offerings including upgrades, technical support, development, and monitoring. At this time, these services are currently being offered to our current customers who utilize System Efficiency’s consulting services but do not always have a full-time need for these skills. For new clients, these services will be offered with any upgrade-related proposals in order to reduce the overall cost of upgrade projects by eliminating the need for travel-related expenses, and will allow System Efficiency to manage multiple clients with consolidated resources in one location. Additionally, non-upgrade clients can utilize the Solution Center for a multitude of remote support offerings while partnering with System Efficiency to support their PeopleSoft applications. In a time when off-shoring and out-sourcing are common practices, System Efficiency is excited to be able to provide stellar consulting services using the same quality resources our clients would receive on-site, but at a reduced rate and without the expense of travel.
