Northridge Village Ground Breaking
“We have the amenities and activities that seniors are looking for in a retirement community. Northridge Village offers seniors the opportunity to enjoy a lifestyle filled with their favorite leisure and social activities,”
Choose from 39 Independent Living apartments including expansive one- and two-bedroom apartment residences with one to two large bathrooms and spacious closets. All Independent living includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and walk-in closets with optional garages.
Residents who are generally able to live independently, but benefit from help for certain activities of daily living, may find the Assisted Living residences at Northridge Village to be the perfect housing choice.
The community also offers health care for those in need of post-surgical treatment, rehabilitation, or long-term nursing care up to 24-hours-a-day. We provide professional on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapies to meet the individual needs of our residents.
Restaurant-style dining will be made available to all residents, who will also enjoy other community amenities including a bistro and coffee bar, wellness center, outdoor patios, walking paths, crafts and hobby room, chapel, theatre, library, banking center, and more. Resident-centered activity programs, housekeeping, transportation, and concierge services will also be available.
“We are excited in managing this new community in Ames,” said Scott Gulledge of Pivotal Health Care. “Northridge Village will be our third project in Iowa. We opened Kennybrook Village, Grimes in October of 2011 and opening Prairie Vista Village, Altoona July 1, 2014.”
No-obligation deposits are now being accepted for residents. There is no entrance fee or endowment. The project is expected to be completed summer of 2015.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held at Heartland Baptist Church, 3504 N. Grand Ave., Ames.
