Kennybrook Village of Grimes Recognized for Violation-Free Survey

DES MOINES, Iowa - Sept. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Grimes, Iowa – Kennybrook Village of Grimes was  recognized by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals for receiving a violation-free monitoring visit  of it’s assisted living in August 2013.  State surveyors conduct a bi-annual unannounced inspection of the state’s assisted living communities to insure that all requirements of established rules and regulations are being followed. State surveyors review nursing, social work, activities, human resources, dietary, and other areas to assess the quality of care and services provided to clients, patients, residents and tenants.  State surveyors found zero deficiencies, out of over 500 items of consideration, at Kennybrook Village assisted living and recognized the community and staff for their provision of care and service that met and exceeded expectations.
