Sami Sulieman Secures USD 60M Financing for AI-Sector Nasdaq Nordic Listing

MALMÖ, Sweden - April 19, 2026 - PRLog -- Karman Advisory has secured a USD 60 million financing commitment tied to the planned reverse takeover listing of an AI company on Nasdaq's Nordic growth market later this year. The capital commitment is backed by a US-based institutional capital partner.

The target is valued at approximately USD 300 million ahead of the listing.
