For National Robotics Week: Treat yourself to a funny little Love Poem called "ROBOT LOVE"For National Robotics Week (April 4-12, 2026) Treat yourself (and any robot sweethearts you may have) to a funny little Love Poem called "ROBOT LOVE"…I can't believe I fell in love with a Robot! The poem is by Robert Barrows, definitely not a robot
ARE YOU AFRAID OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE? OR...ARE YOU SECRETLY IN LOVE WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE? National Robotics Week is being celebrated from April 4-April 12, 2026 (according to some robots on the web)…and even though many people are very worried about AI and afraid of Artificial Intelligence.... I say, "Don't be afraid of AI…I say...Embrace it." And along the lines of "Embracing AI," here is a poem I wrote called "Robot Love." ("I can't believe I fell in love with a robot.") Here is the poem: "ROBOT LOVE" Copyright 2010, Robert M. Barrows I didn't know she was a robot until I kissed her. You couldn't tell by the tongue action, but she clearly didn't have a heartbeat and she didn't even have to breathe. It felt a little bit like necrophilia, but that didn't mean she was dead… far from it. This robot was built for pleasure, but that didn't mean she was easy, too. This one could play hard to get if she wanted to, and even if she never got tired, she was programmed to stop after the passion died down. Did I really fall in love with a robot? ### People can see the poem "Robot Love" and a lot more of my poetry in a book I wrote called "Crazy Robert's More Great Poems and Potential Song Lyrics" that they can download for a dollar on Amazon. And, you can also see some more of my poetry in two other books of poetry I wrote called "Crazy Robert's Poems and Potential Song Lyrics," and "Crazy Robert's Third Great Book of Poems and Potential Song Lyrics." And, to make it easy for people (and robots) in the music business to see the poems that could be turned into some great potential song lyrics, I have also compiled those poems into a book called "Crazy Robert's Great Potential Song Lyrics, Destined to Become Big Hits." And if you like the poems, you might also like a book of jokes I wrote called "Crazy Robert's Joke Book." People (and robots) can download all of these books for a dollar each on Amazon.
