Citywide Service Solutions divestment of their NSW, Queensland and ACT (NAQ) Horticulture and Open Space Division

NORTH MELBOURNE, Australia - Dec. 17, 2025 - PRLog -- CDI Global is pleased to announce that it acted on behalf of Citywide as their Corporate Advisor in the divestment of their NAQ and Technigro business divisions, to Glascott (www.glascott.com.au).

NAQ has multiple long-standing contracts with leading Council and Government clients and their employees are highly skilled with deep expertise in:

• Open space management
• Vegetation management and natural area restoration
• Large-scale weed control
• Sports field renovation and turf consultation
• Herbicide programs

Glascott has been involved in landscape services since 1988 and has a long history of expertise in landscape construction, grounds maintenance, and open space asset management services along the East Coast of Australia. Glascott is proud to be recognized as an industry leader, partnering with government and commercial clients to create and maintain vibrant, sustainable landscapes that enhance communities and environments.

CDI Global's role included:

• Working with the Citywide team to develop the transaction materials.
• Develop the target lists and contact with targets, including the management of the Q&A and NBOI submission.
• Work with Citywide in negotiating the various offers.
• Manage the Due Diligence process and the Dataroom.
• Work with Citywide and their lawyers on assisting the negotiation and finalization of the legal documents.
