Raised in the Washington, D.C. area and a graduate of the University of Maryland, Gus began his career by opening his first franchise restaurant, ultimately growing to three successful locations over a decade. He later spent more than 20 years in the corporate world, building and leading a thriving recruitment business that helped companies identify and develop top talent.

Now returning to his roots, Gus brings a powerful combination of operational expertise, leadership experience, and service-driven mindset to the hospitality community in Palm Beach. "For me, it's always been about creating great experiences and making sure people feel taken care of - whether they're customers, team members, or clients," said Gus.
