Aalto Capital advises Fostering Mobility SL ("Meep") on Strategic Transaction with Alsa Grupo SLU

MADRID - Nov. 5, 2025 - PRLog -- Aalto Capital is pleased to announce that it has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Fostering Mobility SL ("Meep"), a leading Spanish mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) technology company, on the sale of a controlling stake to Alsa Grupo SLU ("Alsa"), Spain's largest private transport operator and a wholly owned subsidiary of Mobico Group Plc (formerly National Express Group).

The transaction marks a major milestone for Meep, accelerating the deployment of its MaaS solutions, supported by Alsa's extensive transport network and Mobico's global reach. Together, Meep's digital innovation and Alsa's operational excellence will strengthen Meep's integrated mobility offerings, improve customer experience, and advance sustainable transport.

This strategic alliance strengthens Europe's most robust MaaS ecosystem, bringing together over 170 integrated mobility operators. Meep raised €11.6 million across four funding rounds, enabling deployment in 25 cities across seven countries. Its major collaborations include Aena, Malta Public Transport, Telefónica, and Xunta de Galicia.

Exiting investors Openvía Mobility SL ("Openvía") and LIIL CVC, SAPI de CV ("LiiL Ventures") also participated in the round.

While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the transaction underscores growing investor interest in scalable smart mobility platforms and reflects consolidation trends across the European transport technology sector.

Aalto Capital also thanks Tomás F. Serna, who acted as legal advisor to Meep.
